Mô tả công việc

Design test plans and execute test cases to ensure software meets user requirements.
Analyze test results to identify bugs, and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
Create and maintain automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency and accelerate Agile delivery.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects and monitor their resolution.
Prepare comprehensive test reports, highlighting system changes and their business impact.
Collaborate with IT teams and Business Analysts to ensure user requirements are met.
Engage with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide regular updates on progress.
Support ad-hoc testing requests and contribute to team goals.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
Proficiency in leading UI automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Unittest, and Pytest.
Strong expertise in Agile delivery for large projects.
Experience with Python scripting and familiarity with tools like JMeter and Load Runner.
Knowledge of insurance processes and systems is a plus.
Fluent in English (reading and written). Additional languages are an advantage.
Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
You excel in leveraging automation to deliver efficient and high-quality testing solutions.
