Key Responsibilities:
Quality System & Standards: Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs across all production lines.
Process & Output Control: Oversee IQC, PQC, and OQC processes to ensure incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products meet all technical specifications and quality standards.
Defect & Incident Handling: Identify, isolate, and resolve quality issues during production; implement root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA/8D).
Customer Complaints: Lead the investigation and resolution of customer claims and quality feedback.
Lab & Testing Management: Manage factory lab operations, testing equipment, and periodic calibration.
Team Leadership & Reporting: Direct and train the QC team, set KPIs, and deliver regular quality reports (scrap rates, defect trends, FTY) to top management.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Industrial Management, or related fields.
3–5+ years of experience as a QC/QA Manager in a manufacturing plant environment.
Experience in chemical, footwear materials, plastics, foam (PU/TPU), or textiles is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001), quality control tools (7 QC Tools, 8D, 5S, Kaizen), and product testing methods.
Good command of English; proficiency in Korean is a strong plus.
