QC Inspector

❖ ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES / NGHĨA VỤ & TRÁCH NHIỆM:

- Understanding welding specifications, and codes/standards

- Monitor welding quality of product

- Perform inspection fit-up, visual, final inspection

- Invite customer to check as following ITP

- Manage database input

- Issue report and sent to customer review & approval

- Control NDT status and welding repair rate

- Review course and effects of welding defects and take remedial actions.

❖ AUTHORITY/ QUYỀN HẠN CÔNG VIỆC:

- Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product

- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance relating to the product, process and quality system.

- Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.

- Direct corrective actions.

- Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessment form will be submitted prior to the starting of the job.

Education/ Học vấn: Graduate university or College

Qualification/ Kỹ năng: Communication skills; Problem – solving; Working under pressure; Teamwork

Language/ Ngôn ngữ: Vietnamese/ English

Four skill Speaking-Reading-Writing-Listening (Toeic-450 Minimum an advantage)

Computer/ Tin học: MS Office, AutoCAD

Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: Minimum 3 years’ experience or have the skills to meet the job.

Others/ Khác: CWI or CSWIP level 2 welding inspector
