- Have experience in managing food safety standards example BRC or FSSC22000 IFS/SQF/FSMA m
- Organizing internal audits based on BRC or FSSC 2200/IFS/SQF/FSMA standards (The more standards you know, the more advantage you have)
- Inspect, monitor and report the compliance of all departments with WI, SOP and quality/food safety system
- Have a skill, food technique knowledge to read and understand EU food safety legal and FDA documents
- Have an experience to lead external audit team from certificate organization
- Handling customer’s complaint especially on quality and food safety scope
- Handling internal non-conformity on quality and food safety
- Have the skill to search and study the quality and food safety technical document
- Have the ability and skill to write procedures, SOP on quality and food safety scope
- Have knowledge about pest control is the advantage
- Have a background in food technology is an advantage
- Making report send the manager and relate dept
- Other tasks been assigned from managers
- Graduated university major in food technology or related fields.
- Have knowledge about food safety certificates such as BRC, FSSC 2200, IFS, SQF, FSMA…
- Ability to communicate by English.(Strong Intermediate level)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working QA/QC related in the food field
- Leadership to proceed each project/problem with related department in the factory.
- Making ideas for improvement during the above responsibility and duties
