QA & QC Manager

• Management and development of TRIWIN quality team, both QA & QC.
• Ensure processes are in place to deliver TRIWIN quality expectations with all suppliers as well
• Drive supplier adherence to our agreed Standard Operating Procedure.
• Develop, managing & delivering improvements via Corrective Actions Plans.
• Product development engineering
• Develop & Manage QC process, including inline & end of line QC.
• Recording data via QC reports & management of this data to drive continuous quality improvements.
• Support Vietnam admin team with updates of factory order status – being the eyes of the team in the factory and reporting back to operations team re any potential delays to shipments due to quality status.
• To build a positive environment and work relation by giving example of good manner and effective communication.
• To plan the head count according to the target

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience required
- Requires extensive knowledge of production process activities
- 5 or more years of progressive supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English
- Calm, confident, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously
- Good communicator, able to engage with management and workers 100% team player
- Proactive and driven. Comfortable to take the initiative
- Critical thinker and problem solver
