QA/QC Leader (Manufacturing) (25839) _Thủ Đức, HCM

One of our clients, which is a Manufacturing Company, is now looking for QA/QC Leader.

【What you will be working on】
- Responsible for controlling and responding to customer complaints (internal - external).
- Supervise and monitor the implementation, effectiveness, and efficiency of countermeasures.
- Responsible for setting up new quality control processes/documents/plans when deploying new products.
- Evaluate the quality of pre-production and official production stages.
- Prepare reports related to quality improvement and quality monitoring according to weekly/monthly plans.
- Propose the method to improve work quality, reduce Leadtime.
- Other tasks as requested by superiors.

- University or above, bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics or Automation major.
- Proficient in either English (Intermediate) OR Japanese (N2 level).
- More than 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Leader in Manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in quality systems, "7 QC tools"
