Mô tả công việc:

- Issue Purchase Order of material bases on customer’s demand and inventory balance
- Issue & follow up Delivery Order Request for all kinds of material
- Following up the order, chasing vendor for on time delivery
- Updating shipment schedule in systems
- Checking & receiving shipment & shipping document from vendor.
- Collecting shipping document and hand over to the Accounting team for payment procedure.
- Preparation for import-export documents.
- Deal with all troubles related with our customers for satisfying their demand.
- And other related jobs

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Graduated from University with major Economics, Logistic or related majors.
- English: At least Intermediate level and Chinese is at least HSK5 level
- Having at least 2-3 years experience as Purchasing staff or related position
- Solid knowledge of import and export procedures
- Good at Microsoft office
- Honest, kind-hearted & hard-working
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good teamwork, active, careful, patient and honest
