Mô tả công việc:

A. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a Purchasing Manager who is leading procurement and sourcing activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality supply of materials required for production. This role drives supplier strategy, cost optimization, risk management, and ERP system utilization to support business growth and operational excellence.
B. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Procurement & Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company goals (cost, quality, delivery, risk). Drive supplier localization and dual sourcing strategy to mitigate supply risks. Lead RFQ processes, quotation analysis, and supplier selection. Manage commodity strategies (PCB, PCBA, mechanical, battery, etc.).
2. Cost Management & Optimization: Drive cost reduction initiatives (PPV, VA/VE, negotiation, alternate sourcing). Analyze CBOM and identify opportunities for cost improvement. Monitor market trends (e.g., copper, semiconductor pricing) and adjust strategy accordingly. Support customer pricing and quarterly cost reviews.
3. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships. Lead supplier qualification, audit, and performance evaluation. Implement supplier scorecards (quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness). Drive supplier improvement plans and corrective actions.
4. Operational Execution: Oversee PO placement, order tracking, and delivery performance. Ensure material availability to support production schedules. Manage inventory levels, excess & obsolete (E&O), and liability risks. Resolve supply issues proactively (shortage, delays, quality issues).
5. Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (single source, long lead time, financial risk). Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Control supplier credentials (certifications). Support legal and commercial negotiations when required.
6. System & Process Improvement: Lead ERP system utilization (e.g., D365) for procurement activities. Drive digital transformation (automation, Power BI dashboards, AI tools). Standardize procurement processes and documentation. Improve data accuracy and reporting visibility.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Program teams. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) sourcing activities. Align with global procurement teams and corporate strategies.
8. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop purchasing team (buyers, sourcing specialists). Set KPIs and monitor team performance. Coach team on negotiation, supplier management, and system usage. Build a high-performance and proactive team culture.

Yêu cầu công việc:

1. Education/ Trình độ học vấn: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc: 7–10+ years in procurement/sourcing, preferably in EMS or manufacturing. Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role. Experience in global sourcing and supplier localization. Knowledge of international trade (Incoterms, tariffs). Experience working with customers in US/EU markets. Familiarity with AI tools in procurement (optional but preferred).
3. Skills & Competencies/ Kỹ năng & Năng lực: Strong negotiation and commercial acumen. Deep understanding of electronics components & supply market. ERP experience (D365 preferred). Data-driven mindset (Excel, Power BI). Risk management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Leadership and team development capability.
