Project Support Intern (3 Months)

*Key Activities:

- Participate in assigned projects by Project Managers and/or Mentors (such as S/N tracking project, cylinder reconciliation…)

- Build database structure/file for S/N tracking.

- Convert hardcopy records (3 years) into digital Excel format.

- Develop dashboards and reporting formats.

- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.

- Final-year student or recent graduate from university with major in Engineering, Business or other related fields.

- Ability to speak fluently both English and Vietnamese.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

- Willing to learn, proactive and open to new ideas.
