Emerald Cruises is looking for a motivated and organized Project Operations Assistant to help keep our projects running smoothly. Little to no experience required. We’ll teach you everything step-by-step!

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily project operations and admin tasks.

• Prepare and update documents and reports.

• Communicate with team members and clients.

• Track deadlines, schedules, and deliverables.

• Assist with on-site arrangements and general coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good English (spoken & written).

• Fluent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

• Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, clear, and professional in communication.

• Eager to learn and able to work in a team.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
