Project Manager Team Lead

Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the success of all projects.

Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines.

Oversee and monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that any issues or risks are addressed proactively.

Implement project management methodologies and best practices to improve team efficiency and project outcomes.

Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring open communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with project results.

Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget, by closely managing resources and timelines.

Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure that all financial targets are met.

Prepare regular project reports, status updates, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Organize and lead regular team meetings to review progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure alignment across the project team.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance project delivery.

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.

Proven experience managing and leading teams in a project management environment.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).

Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.

PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certifications are preferred.
