Project Manager (Manufacturing, $2600, ID21575)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Manager (Manufacturing, $2600, ID21575):

• Project Execution & Milestone Governance

  • Command the entire lifecycle strategy for wind turbine bearing lines, ensuring smooth transitions across design phases, qualification tests, official certification, commercial production, and field problem resolution.

  • Architect and maintain core governance frameworks, including detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), risk inventories, formal project charters, and comprehensive execution timelines.

  • Track critical paths, oversee gate review transitions, and guarantee the timely delivery of all key project outcomes.

• Stakeholder Management & Engineering Change Control

  • Serve as the central technical liaison aligning multi-disciplinary groups (R&D, Materials Engineering, Quality Assurance, Testing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain) alongside tier-1 vendors, OEM clients, and international certification bodies.

  • Direct the Engineering Change Management workflow (ECR/ECN)—evaluating cross-functional impacts, securing authorizations, and driving execution.

  • Evaluate, manage, and neutralize technical, financial, and supply chain risks through proactive contingency strategies.

• Team Leadership, KPI Reporting & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee and mentor a dedicated team of Project Managers; handle task assignments, conduct performance appraisals, and foster professional growth.

  • Consolidate and report key performance indicators (KPIs) through executive status briefs and regular management updates.

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs to resolve field quality issues and reliability concerns.

• Experience & Industry Background:Minimum of 7 years of hands-on project management expertise within the automobile/automotive manufacturing sector. Solid exposure to complex mechanical components or bearings is highly desirable.

• Language Proficiency:Business-level fluency in English is strictly required (capable of leading global technical discussions, drafting formal engineering documentation, and negotiating with international OEMs/certification agencies).

• Core Competencies:Strong track record in orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships, and applying structured project management methodologies.
