Project Manager (Architecture - Good English) 40 - 50 Mil VND [28546 - Dong Da, Hanoi]

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of architectural and engineering projects from design to construction.
• Coordinate with clients, real estate developers, local authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality to achieve on-time delivery.
• Work closely with Japanese management, architects, engineers, and BIM teams to optimize project performance.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations, permitting procedures, and construction standards.
• Support the successful delivery of premium projects such as luxury hotels, healthcare facilities, and hot spring resorts.

* Working Time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday

• Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Upper-Intermediate English communication skills.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, or Senior Design Coordination within the architecture, construction, or general contractor industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or high-end commercial projects.
• Strong network with real estate developers, investors, and key decision-makers in Northern Vietnam.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is an advantage.
• Experience with BIM/Revit and working for leading general contractors is preferred.
