Chi Tiết Công Việc

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of HRM (Human Resource Management) system projects (development, enhancement, implementation).
Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from stakeholders (HR team, executives, clients).
Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (BA, Developers, QA, UI/UX) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
Ensure the system aligns with HR business processes (recruitment, attendance, payroll, performance management, etc.).
Provide regular status reports and propose process improvements.
Support system rollout, user training, and handover.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software project management, preferably HRM/ERP projects.
Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, C&B, performance management, etc.).
Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong planning, organizational, and resource management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand technical documentation.
