Chi Tiết Công Việc

Create and oversee project plans and schedules.
Drive team members to achieve release goals.
Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope.
Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, timeline.
Take lead on quality control issues.
Maintain issues and risks log.
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners.
Maintain process documentation.
Other tasks.

3+ years of experience in software project management (preferably Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech projects).
Experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.).
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
Good English reading and technical writing skills.
Nice-to-have: Knowledge or experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, DApps, NFT, or DeFi.
