Act as the main point of contact (window person) with customers: attend weekly meetings, communicate, receive requests, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide timely feedback and solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales team on project execution and forecasting.
Manage project timeline, cost, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle customer visits and build long-term customer relationships.
Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

Good at English (refer equivalent to IELTS 6.0+ or TOEIC 700+, certification is not absolutely necessary.).
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
Experience in working, emailing, and attending online/onsite meetings with international Customer.
Solid understanding of project management tools and methods for tracking milestones, schedules, budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in manufacturing factories (Quality, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, Testing, Planning, etc.).
Experience in PCBA or Box-build manufacturing environments.
Knowledge and experience in RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes.
Familiarity with SMT, Wave, ICT, FCT, Coating, etc. and other PCBA-related processes.
Understanding of or experience with quality and manufacturing systems such as: APQP, FAIR, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, IPC-A610, AS9100, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DFM, DFT, DFA, Plastic Injection Molding, etc.
“Can-do” mindset, quick learning ability, and flexibility in problem-solving.
Strong soft skills and communication skills.
