Project Coordinator

MEKONGLINK is a Glocal Open Innovation Platform that connects global technology solutions with local challenges in Vietnam and ASEAN countries.We support various industrial technologies by identifying applications, building business networks, and developing collaboration opportunities. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our international technology cooperation projects.

1. Identify & Target Potential customers: Find potential customers match with partner requirements in many industries: agriculture, environment, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
2. Business Networking: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both customers and partners.
3. B2B Sales & Negotiation: Manage B2B sales processes, including lead generation, price negotiation, and deal structuring, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Project Coordination: Develop project plans, oversee sample testing and trial processes, and track progress from initial discussions to contract completion.
5. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute strategies that effectively promote technologies to the right audiences.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, sales reports, and market insights to support decision-making and continuous business growth.

1. At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, or international B2B trading business.
2. Strong English communication skills, especially in speaking and writing.
3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
4. Strong organizational & multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Adaptability to quickly learn and understand various technology solutions
