Main purpose of the job:
- The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule.
• Report all risk relative project to PM manager.
• Manage the relationship with the client and relative department.
• Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Prepare, secure and maintain the contracts for local projects / customer.
Requiremend:
- From 5 year of experience.
- Good understanding Project Management
- Good communication Skill
- Familiar with schedulling software (MS Project, Primavera...).
- Good at English skill (verbal and written).
Main Competency:
- Industrial Relations / Negotiations
- Training & Development
- Organization Management
- Project Management (PMP certified).
- Project schedulling (Excel & Primavera P6).
