【Job Summary】
As a Professional Engineer in this company, you will play an integral role in the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects such as airports, railways, highways, and ports. Working within a cross-functional, international environment, you will lead feasibility studies, develop detailed engineering solutions (civil, structural, architectural, MEP), and supervise construction to ensure project excellence.
Our projects, often funded through ODA or public-private partnerships, span Japan and overseas markets, addressing social and environmental challenges through sustainable engineering. You will serve as a technical leader, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with government agencies, private-sector stakeholders, and consultants to deliver safe, efficient, and community-oriented infrastructure.
【Responsibilities】
- Lead feasibility studies, planning, and detailed engineering design for infrastructure projects including airports, railways, roads, and ports.
- Manage integrated design across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation: drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and tender packages.
- Oversee construction supervision, quality assurance, and risk management through project execution.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and funding agencies (e.g., JICA, ministries).
- Ensure compliance with safety, seismic, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and train junior engineers within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Participate in environmental impact assessments, disaster-resilience planning, and sustainability initiatives.

- Graduate university major in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- English (Upper-Intermediate Level)
- Have over 5 years experience as engineer with large construction project
- Have knowledge of architecture, civil engineering and MEP
- Able to go to Business trip frequently
