Production Supervisor (Greenfield factory, Long An based)

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising a production line,

including CNC machines and operators, to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing

processes. This role supports the Production Manager in setting up production lines, shifts, and

processes, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned production line, including CNC machines and

operators.

• Support the Production Manager in setting up production lines, shifts, and processes.

• Monitor production performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and

efficiency standards.

• Analyze production data to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement

corrective actions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, planning, logistics) to

ensure smooth operations.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement (lean manufacturing, efficiency gains, waste

reduction).

• Ensure all operators are trained, compliant with SOPs, and motivated to achieve

production targets.

• Report production results, issues, and improvement initiatives to the Production

Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment (CNC knowledge is a plus).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.

• IT savvy with ability to work with production-related software and reporting tools.

• Independent, punctual, and capable of working under pressure.
