Lead and manage a production line team (20–50 people) to achieve daily targets on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and People development.
Supervise shift operations, ensure smooth production flow and compliance with company standards.
Analyze and solve production issues, drive continuous improvement and loss elimination using IWS / Lean tools.
Train, coach, and develop team members to build a capable and engaged workforce.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure production schedule adherence.
Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment in full compliance with company policies.
College or University degree (preferably in Engineering or Production Management).
Minimum 2–3 years of production or line management experience, preferably in FMCG / food industry.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; analytical and result-oriented mindset.
Willing to work on rotating shifts and spend most time on the shop floor.
