Production Specialist (Trims)

Core Purpose

Execute daily trim order tracking, support emergency resolution, and maintain >95% on-time delivery through rigorous follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Lifecycle Execution

• Issue SCs based on buyer specs (materials, quantities, costs); track payments and document approvals.

• Maintain ERP/Excel order trackers with real-time status (e.g., "Button molding complete - QC pending").

2. Emergency Support

• Escalate emergencies (e.g., sample rejections, shipment delays) to Senior Specialist within 1 hour.

• Execute contingency actions under guidance (e.g., expedite sample couriers).

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Share daily updates with QA (inspection reports), Logistics (packing lists), and suppliers.

• Compile defect evidence for QA analysis.

4. Problem Documentation

• Log production issues (e.g., zipper slider defects, label misprints) with root-cause data.

• Support solution implementation (e.g., rework plans).

5. Production Tracking

• Enforce daily updates for:

 Development: Artwork approvals, color standards, first- shot samples, etc

 Production: Tooling → Raw material → Assembly → Final QC→ Shipment → Payment → Postshipment complains

• Validate test reports (e.g., pull tests for cords).

Mandatory Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin & English (written/spoken)

• Textile/garment knowledge; 2-3+ years in production tracking

• Proficiency in ERP/Excel
