Production Planning staff (Me Linh, Hanoi) - 28768

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on actual production conditions and make appropriate adjustments to ensure on-time delivery according to the planned schedule.
- Prepare daily reports on work progress, clearly identifying any issues that arise and proposing improvement ideas.
- Manage machinery and equipment records at the factory. Develop periodic plans for replacing certain spare parts and for machinery maintenance and servicing.
- Manage the progress of implementing safety-related activities and requirements at both the factory and company levels.
- Manage workers' leave schedules appropriately to avoid affecting the production plan.
- Manage employees' overtime hours to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Manage raw materials, including consumption levels, expiration dates, inbound/outbound procedures, quality, quantity, etc.
- Develop work standards and work instructions for new departments/processes.
- Update work standards and work instructions whenever there are changes or new requirements.
- Investigate and provide production-related information to relevant departments to support the handling of customer claims.
- Participate in meetings regarding defective products to manage and develop both existing and new countermeasures; propose improvement ideas and evaluate the effectiveness of previously implemented measures.
- Prepare customer claim reports when raw materials do not meet quality standards.
- Develop tracking and management lists for spare parts and consumable materials used during production.
- Perform other tasks as requested by relevant departments.

- Graduated from University in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial management, Engineering.
- English: Intermediate level
- Having at least 2-3 years expereince as Production Planning staff in manufacturing companies.
- Experience in monitoring production plans to ensure on-time delivery according to the schedule.
- Good teamwork skills and effective communication with colleagues and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in managing mass production (MP) operations within the department to achieve high productivity.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in investigating and analyzing the root causes of defective products (rejects) and production losses (process losses).
