Production Planning Executive (ID 20096)

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Production Planning Executive ($1200, ID20096):

• Develop and manage production plans, including capacity planning and factory allocation based on forecasts, order volume, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with factories and internal teams to secure production capacity and ensure alignment with order requirements.
• Monitor order issuance, compare forecast vs. actual orders, and report any overloading or underloading situations.
• Build and manage loading plans based on delivery schedules, quantities, and SAM; adjust factory allocation when needed.
• Track WIP, analyze production progress, and ensure alignment between materials, capacity, and delivery schedules.
• Balance production plans by coordinating with sales and factories to handle capacity shortages or excess loads.
• Monitor key production metrics such as sampling progress, material readiness (ETA), input/output, inspection status, and shipment timelines.
• Identify potential risks in production and proactively coordinate with relevant teams (factory, MD, PMC, etc.) to resolve issues.
• Follow up closely on production status to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with production schedules.
• Prepare and release shipping plans to relevant stakeholders (MD, factories, CN team) according to timelines, ensuring timely booking and highlighting any delays or missing bookings.

• Male/Female, aged 26–35.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning within the garment industry.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple factories.
• Good at office software.
• Good understanding of production processes and shipment timelines.
