Product Policy Manager

• Develop and implement product policy frameworks, balancing innovation, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.

• Oversee market research, competitor benchmarking, and risk assessment activities to shape product policy direction.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration for the formulation, communication, and implementation of product policies.

• Regularly review and challenge existing policies, proposing proactive adjustments to enhance competitiveness and customer value.

• Ensure seamless coordination with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units on policy-related matters.

• Identify process improvements and drive automation or optimization initiatives for policy governance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Policy team, building capacity for future business needs.

• Report policy performance and critical issues to senior management and recommend strategic actions.

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

2. Work Experience:

• 6–8 years’ experience in product governance, policy development, or regulatory compliance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Deep understanding of financial products, regulatory requirements, and business strategy.

• Strong leadership, project management, critical thinking, and communication skills.
