We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Life Insurance Product Development Senior Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing life insurance products that align with our strategic goals and timelines, managing the product portfolio for operational efficiency, conducting market research, and collaborating with distribution channels to develop tailored product offerings.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Product Development

• Participate in the development of life insurance products, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and adhere to project timelines.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new products.

2. Product Management

• Manage product portfolio to ensure efficient operations and effective management.

• Monitor product performance and implement improvements as necessary to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee related product processes, ensuring they are streamlined and efficient.

3. Market Research and Strategy Development

• Conduct surveys and gather feedback from customers and the sales team to gain insights into market trends and customer preferences.

• Analyze market data to develop and refine product strategies that meet customer needs and market demand.

• Prepare and present market research reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

4. Business Acumen

• Work closely with distribution channels to develop and tailor product offers that meet the needs of various customer segments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in the life insurance industry
