R & D Cosmetics Specialist (Tt26060) [Dist 1 - Hcm]

- New formulation development: Develop new cosmetic formulations, including skincare, haircare, and makeup products, ensuring they meet company standards and customer needs.
- Modify the original formulation from Japan to meet local conditions.
- Conduct thorough research on new ingredients, raw materials, and technologies. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products.
- Testing and Evaluation: Evaluate new materials from suppliers, create new testing data to support sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with RD in Japan and sales team in local to ensure the formula construction in accordance with customer needs and product distribution rights.
- Responsible for operating the laboratory.
- Responsible for sample sending to the customers (collaborate with part time staff).
- Provide technical advice and support to customers, including participation in client meetings or co-visits with the sales team.
- Technical training for new members.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields such as Chemistry, Cosmetic Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or other related sciences.
- English: Intermediate level: Ability to read and understand scientific reports, research documents, and write reports in English.
- From 4 - 7 years of experience in the cosmetics R& field ( skincare, suncare, haircare) from distributors
- Experience in developing formulas from the concept stage to finalizing the formulation.
- Deep understanding of cosmetic ingredients and market trends.


- Ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information for research and formulation development.
- Practical laboratory skills, including building formulation, testing, and optimization of formula quality.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment.
