Product Development Asst Manager (Footwear) (26877) [HCM]

1. Operations & Delivery – 65%
Oversee all development and commercialization activities to ensure products are technically sound, cost-effective, and ready for mass production.
• Manage BOM accuracy, Tech-Pack analysis, and timely sample delivery.
• Coordinate fit/wear trials, product testing, and RTB readiness.
• Lead T1 and teardown meetings with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Production, Factories).
2. Collaboration & Team Building – 20%
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners (US HQ, regional teams, and factories).
• Drive communication, decision-making, and issue resolution across functions.
• Act as a trusted partner to Development, Commercialization, and QA leaders.
3. Process & Best Practices – 10%
Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance development efficiency and quality.
4. Training & Innovation – 5%
Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and manufacturing methods; participate in workshops and factory visits to strengthen technical skills.
