Mô tả công việc:

Supplier Management & Sourcing

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for locally produced gimmicks and other required items.

  • Request and compare quotations from at least 2–3 suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.

2. Procurement Operations

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, specifications, and timelines for purchases.

  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) in compliance with company policies.

  • Monitor contract execution, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

3. Inventory Coordination

  • Oversee delivery of purchased items to the centralized warehouse and ensure proper quality and quantity checks.

  • Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain accurate labeling for departmental ownership.

  • Coordinate with departments to facilitate stock handover and usage tracking.

4. Cost Management & Reporting

  • Manage procurement costs by consolidating orders for economies of scale and negotiating discounts.

  • Provide regular reports on procurement activities, including cost breakdowns, supplier performance, and stock levels.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

  • Mitigate risks by evaluating supplier reliability, delivery performance, and contractual obligations.

  • Handle issue resolution, such as addressing quality discrepancies or delivery delays, in coordination with suppliers and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in retail.

  • Having experience in the health and beauty industry is a plus

  • Experience working with suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical skills to compare quotes, evaluate supplier performance, and manage budgets.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Knowledge of inventory management processes and best practices.
