Chi Tiết Công Việc

Monitor ethylene plant reliability and recurring issues; lead root-cause studies and improvement actions.
Analyze daily production performance gaps and implement initiatives to optimize output.
Review economics and develop process improvements to improve efficiency, product quality, and profitability.
Review and recommend SOPs for process improvements; ensure proper implementation.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and hazard analysis to maintain safe, reliable operation.
Support pre- and post-TAM activities to ensure safe and reliable plant restart.
Prepare and review safety documents for equipment design changes.
Lead PSSR for new or modified equipment before commissioning.

Background: Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical,...
Language: Good proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
From 1 to 8 years of experience in process engineering within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or manufacturing industries.
Required skill:
- Well understand production process knowledge
- Fast response and flexible for unplan situation management
- Good Collaboration among related team
