Polyurethane Foam Technical

• Company: Chemical manufacturing company
• Work Location: Amata Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam
• Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days/week)
• Report: Korean Manager (English language)

Position: PU FOAM STAFF

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer trends and gather business information, strengthen interpersonal networks, and identify quality issues through regular customer visits.
• Conduct customer-by-customer reviews related to sales and prepare relevant reports (weekly reports, etc.).
• Provide support for issues occurring at customer sites, technical service (T/S), product development, and sample preparation.
• Stabilize the quality of manufactured products and manage product properties.
• Support new material development, approval trials, and troubleshooting of defects.
• Explore new markets and expand sales.

Required Qualifications and Preferred Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year) or higher.
• Major: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3 years in polyurethane technology or related business.
• Technical skills: Knowledge and skills in chemical/adhesive/synthesis technology, polymer/material characterization.
• Language: Chinese and English required.
• Nationality: Taiwanese, Vietnamese, or Korean preferred.
