Chi Tiết Công Việc

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and demand.
Monitor the production process until finished products are shipped and handle issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage data in the SAP system, ensuring it is always up-to-date, accurate, and timely.
Prepare reports on production output and inventory levels, and support improvement actions to reduce defective products and improve production efficiency.
Follow up material availability and coordinate with the purchasing team on material shortages.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Track order status and report production progress to the supervisor.

Graduated from college or above (major in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields is preferred).
1–3 years of experience in PMC, Production Planning, or Production Control, preferably in electronic or PCBA manufacturing companies.
Able to communicate in Chinese or English.
Familiar with PCBA manufacturing processes and basic BOM structure knowledge.
Proficient in using SAP or other ERP systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive working attitude.
