PHP Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in modern PHP development and can communicate fluently in English — both verbally and in writing. You’ll work on a range of projects involving CRM, ERP, and eCommerce systems, contributing to both backend and frontend development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications built with PHP 8 and Laravel.
• Integrate and extend CRM and ERP systems (Vtiger, Fuse5).
• Build and maintain WordPress/WooCommerce sites; experience with BigCommerce is a strong plus.
• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Manage data in MySQL and ensure database performance and integrity.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate React, JavaScript, and jQuery components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using PHPUnit, Vitest, and Cypress.
• Work within a Docker environment and deploy applications via Apache.
• Monitor and resolve production issues using Sentry.io.
• Participate in code reviews, version control, and continuous integration using Git and Bitbucket.

• Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• 3+ years of professional experience in PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel and modern PHP practices.
• Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce; BigCommerce experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, React, and jQuery.
• Experience with Docker and Apache for local and production environments.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Vitest, or Cypress).
• Knowledge of Sentry.io or similar error-tracking systems.
• Comfortable using Git and Bitbucket for version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Nice to Have Experience customizing CRM/ERP systems (especially Vtiger or Fuse5).
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Experience working in agile or distributed development teams.
