FULL-STACK DEVELOPER (Software) [Cau Giay - Hanoi]

We are a rapidly growing fashion-tech company that enables users to enjoy new styles without the need to own every piece.
Our platform has reached over one million members and expanded into multiple verticals, including a rental mall and a special-occasion dress rental service.
As we look toward expanding into the broader Asian market, we are seeking a Middle Fullstack Developer to play a key role in scaling our digital services. In this position, you will design, develop, and optimize both frontend and backend components of our core systems. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable code and ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about creating scalable web applications, eager to explore modern frameworks, and ready to contribute ideas that directly impact our fast-growing fashion subscription business.

【Responsibilities】
-Design, develop, test, and deploy new features for various projects aligned with business objectives.
-Collaborate with other engineers to review code and maintain high-quality standards.
-Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance performance, usability, and scalability.
-Take ownership of tasks from proposal to release within short development cycles.
-Work across multiple layers of the stack, including frontend (React, Vue.js) and backend (Node.js).
-Support automation and CI/CD processes to streamline deployment workflows.
-Operate in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP), ensuring stable and secure infrastructure.
-Other related tasks.

MUST
- Has at least 4 years of expreince in development
- English： Read and write
- Development using frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, etc
- Development using Node.js
- Highly knowledgeable about design systems
- Implementation of automation processes such as CI
- Environment setup and operation using a public cloud like AWS
