Update audit template every year;
Implement quality assurance process over financial statements and audit related documentation;
Manage the issuance and ensure the quality and compliance of financial statements and audit files;
Coordinate with other teams to standardize quality assurance process in accordance with RSM International standards;
Manage QC team to implement QC Department’s goals, functions and tasks.
Build leadership skill and skills for human development;
Develop yourself and your team in accordance with Career Development Roadmap of RSM Vietnam.

Background in accounting, auditing, corporate finance.
At least 7 years of experience in financial statements audit and working in one of the top 10 audit companies in Vietnam;
CPA Vietnam Certificate or equivalent;
Good command of English; good at Japanese/Korean is a plus;
Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills, ability to well manage service contracts
High sense of responsibility, dynamism and creativeness;
Priority is given to candidates who hold ACCA/CPA Australia certificates or equivalent.
