Performance Control Executive

As Performance Control Executive, we rely on you to:

• Track KPIs to monitor departmental and organizational effectiveness
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with superiors to develop and follow through on action plans that drive KPI achievement
• Act as an internal consultant, guiding line managers in understanding and applying performance strategies.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance execution and efficiency of performance initiatives
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with KPIs and performance metrics
• Is highly proficient in Excel and familiar with hospitality systems
• Has strong understanding of business operations, particularly within the hospitality industry
• Communicates clearly and effectively across all levels
• Has experience in project management or process improvement (preferred)
• Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Hospitality
• Has prior experience in planning and performance analysis
