Mô tả công việc:

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Outsourcing Operation Specialist (Logistic, Open for Korean Expats, ID 21310): 1. Broad Scope

Support overall Export/Import and Ocean Logistics operations to ensure seamless service delivery for customers.

2. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Export Operation Management

Oversee overall export operations and manage Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
Monitor and control monthly KPI metrics (e.g., on-time shipping, on-time arrival).
Handle shipping irregularities (delays, partial shipments, damages) and implement effective countermeasures.
Cross-collaborate with internal teams (Purchasing, MM, etc.) and coordinate with SEV/T Logistics.

Import Operation Support

Resolve import issues (delays, off-loads, damages, pending cases) by liaising with carriers for root-cause analysis and solutions.
Support daily import workflows and administrative tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the Logistics industry.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.
