Operations Efficiency Supervisor

Purpose of Job:

The Operation Efficiency Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and driving operational efficiency across GEOs by ensuring Ops KPIs such as DR, SLA, and rescue cases are tracked, gaps identified, and escalations managed effectively.

Dimensions / Key Figures

• Ops KPIs coverage: DR, SLA, inventory turnover, rescue performance

• Monitoring scope: All GEOs assigned

• Weekly & monthly reporting

Principal Accountabilities / Main Functions

• Supervise operation efficiency monitoring.

• Validate operational KPIs (DR, SLA, Return, Rescue).

• Monitor process gaps in the last-mile and lead-time.

• Detect systemic issues and escalate to Regional Ops/COO.

• Ensure SOP compliance and support redesign when needed.

• Provide RCA for operational inefficiencies.

• Support transparency via daily/weekly reporting.

Skills and Knowledge

• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Relevant experience: 3+ years in operations management with supervisory experience.

• Language requirement: English proficiency is essential.

• Personal characteristics & behavior: Strong problem-solving skills, process-oriented, collaborative, detail-driven, and able to escalate effectively.
