ERP Implementation & SOP Integration

Develop and customize core Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, and Project Management to align with company business workflows.
Conduct business requirement surveys and gap analyses to map existing SOPs into Odoo standard processes or custom module scopes.
Implement advanced approval workflows and automated production scheduling as required by department leads.
Build custom reporting dashboards and performance metrics (KPIs) for real-time operational visibility.

System Integration & Customization

Maintain and optimize the Shopify-Odoo connector, resolving discrepancies in product structures and SKU mapping.
Integrate third-party payment gateways (e.g., VNPay, ZaloPay) and logistics tracking systems via RESTful APIs.
Develop custom features such as Stage Transition Logs for transparency and specialized department-based access controls.

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead the development and customization of our centralized ERP system.
The primary focus of this role is to translate the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into efficient, automated workflows within the Odoo framework to streamline multi-company operations.
The successful candidate will manage the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement analysis to infrastructure hardening and post-go-live support.
