Search, evaluate and select suitable international suppliers according to the company's requirements.
Negotiating prices, trade terms, contracts and delivery conditions (Incoterms).
Monitoring orders, production progress, shipping schedules and ensuring goods are delivered on time and with quality.
Working with logistics partners, forwarders, customs to handle import procedures.
Managing and storing international purchasing documents (contracts, invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, etc.).
Update information on international markets, raw material price trends, import-export policies.
Coordinating with relevant departments (accounting, warehouse, engineering, etc.) to ensure supply chain efficiency.

Graduated from College/University majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Logistics or related fields.
Have at least 1 year of experience in international purchasing or import-export.
Good communication in English.
Understanding of Incoterms, import-export documents and international payment procedures (T/T, L/C ...).
Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, Email ...).
Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Careful, honest, responsible and able to work independently.
