Nhân Viên Senior 2D Designer

We are looking for a Senior 2D Designer who reports to the Manager and takes responsibility for key visual proposals and design requests from related teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Study design briefs and determine requirements for key visual proposal.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Review drafts and present ideas of the team members.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with related team to produce the final design.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

• University degree in graphic design, industrial design, graphic designer or commensurate experience.
• More than 1 year of experience in event industry is a plus.
• Proficient in using graphic design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, AI, 3dsmax, Sketchup, Autocad, lumion, unreal.
• Knowledge of printing, material or multimedia tools.
• Good sense of internal and external customer services, marketing strategic & logical thinking, art, creative.
• Energetic with fresh and exciting new ideas and concepts.
• Detailed and focused on quality and innovation.
• Passionate, highly committed & self-motivated.
• Quick learning; good at teamwork & leadership skills.
• Project management skills are required.
