- Conduct/handle PP Meeting to the factories

- Conduct bulk 1st batch Initial inspection inline audits to ensure product quality, to identify problems & potential issues at an early stage for quick improvements.

- Review & approve the packing samples before factories start packing stage

- Inline Audit on bulk packing, Pre-final/ Final inspection.

- Update all report types as required.

- Train factories’ QC & production on quality standards/ requirements to make sure the goods’ quality meets standards

- Minimum of 3 years and above in similar position in dresses

- Good command of reading and writing in English

- Able to work in factories/sub-contracts

- Knowledge of the garment industry, special in dresses.

- Technical knowledge (Knit and woven,)

- Logical & innovative thinking.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Self-Motivated & proactive

- Ability to work under pressure and travel to factories
