Greeting guests upon arrival at the hotel.
Guide guests through check-in and check-out procedures.
Advise on rooms, products, and accompanying services when guests ask.
Record guests' feedback and address any issues that arise.
Prepare shift reports and weekly reports.
Graduation from Advance Diploma or higher, required majors in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields.
At least 01 years of experience in a same position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and management software.
Able to use English (or Chinese).
Able to work under pressure.
