− Office facilities management. Coordinating with building facilities management personnel on office maintenance matters
− Inventory update of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies (stationery, uniform, presents for employees...)
− Administrative service vendors management
− Administrative transportation arrangement and management (cars, taxi services, etc.)
− Office expenses management and payment procedures execution
− Travel support: airline tickets, hotel booking, transportation arrangements, etc.
− Application for visas, work permits, and temporary residence for foreign laborers
− Foreign experts' support in admin services (house rent, visa/ work permit, TRC, communication, etc.)
− Translation and interpretation of meetings, documents
− Supporting the company's events organization (teambuilding, YEP, birthday party...)
− Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the GM/ HRD
− Bachelor's degree or higher
− 2 years of experience in a similar position
− Good at Chinese (Mandarin) and can use English in working
− Good communication skills are compulsory
− Time management and prioritization skills
− Proficient with MS Office
− Good ability to work independently and proactively
