We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team with the job responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding of Personnel: Job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Monitor and draft notices, decisions, and labor contracts related to personnel.
- Handle procedures related to social insurance and health insurance: Report increases and decreases, manage sick leave, maternity benefits, etc.
- Track attendance and leave days of employees.
- Prepare monthly payroll, bonuses, allowances, and other benefits for employees.
- Organize performance reviews and evaluations after probation, mid-year, and year-end.
- Organize internal communication events.
- Other tasks assigned by the director.
