COMPANY INTRODUCTION: We are a 100% Korean-owned FDI company with over 40 years of experience in the bag and luggage manufacturing industry. Company size: Over 800 employees Working hours: 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM, Monday- Saturday SCOPE OF WORK:

Lead product and sample development to meet client specifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with foreign clients.
Facilitate and lead development meetings to align with client needs.
Oversee production follow-ups with factories to ensure timelines and quality standards.
Prepare and manage documents and reports related to product development.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Must have experience in merchandising or a similar role in BACKPACKS manufacturing.
Familiarity with backpacks products.
Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a client-first approach.
Strong sales and marketing acumen to identify opportunities and add value.
Solid organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with backpack market trends and industry standards.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Proficiency in an additional language such as Korean or Chinese is an advantage
