Chi Tiết Công Việc

Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and competition to develop brand initiatives that drive profitable growth.
Financial Oversight: Manage budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and variance control.
Buying & Selection: Determine product mix (style, design, and quantity) to maximize inventory health and profitability.
Pricing Strategy: Set initial pricing and coordinate markdowns/adjustments to optimize sales and margins.
Allocation & Replenishment: Supervise product distribution and store replenishment to maintain consistent stock availability.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across all locations to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Marketing Coordination: Partner with marketing teams and third parties to execute high-impact events and analyze performance for maximum ROI.

University Degree or higher.
Over 05 years of retail industry experience, preferably Assistant Manager.
Strong knowledge in footwear.
Strong management and leadership skill, possess strategic and analytical thinking and high level of initiative and integrity.
Strong planning and inventory control, sale achievement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal. Commitment and result driven are definitely a plus.
Fluency in spoken & written English is prerequisite.
Willing to travel frequently inside & outside Vietnam.
