Mô tả công việc:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (especially TikTok ads).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and improve ROAS
- Develop campaign strategies by conducting market research, platform competitiveness & insights, and audience segmentation.
- Manage budget allocations and bid strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize targeting audience, creatives, and landing pages for maximum performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Constantly update media knowledge & innovative solutions from media platform to internal team & external stakeholders.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Level: Junior.
- Detail-oriented, organized & capable of handling workload through timely response.
- Knows well about analytics & real-time insights (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Trends, TikTok Livestream Analytics, etc.).
- Strong in using data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
- Proven presentation & communication skills with fluency in English (Spoken & written).
- Hungry to learn & curious.
