Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Troubleshooting and issue analysis during production.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve specifications, including error feedback and correction.
  • Prepare documents (such as work instructions, Routing, etc.) and process drawings (such as product drawing, process flow,..).
  • Plan manufacturing capacity, process cycle time, and standard work to optimize production efficiency.
  • Create and maintain product master data in the SAP system, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings.
  • Design and create jig/fixture drawings for special components when needed.
  • Support quality issue analysis, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC and supplier coordinators on machining, fabrication, welding, chroming, fast WC, milling processes.
  • Support supply chain development through technical review and alternative solutions.
  • Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Educational background in Mechanical or related majors.
  • Having experience in mechanical precision industry.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery processes (Milling, Grinding, EDM, WC, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and drawing requirements.
  • ERP (SAP) experience is preferred.
  • Good command of English.
