Mechanical Engineer (Piping, ID 20122)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Mechanical Engineer (Piping, $900, ID 20122):

• Create and manage libraries, specifications, and project templates using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Develop BOM, orthographic drawing, and isometric drawing templates within Plant 3D.
• Manage Plant 3D projects and SQL server access control.
• Build 3D models for water and wastewater treatment systems using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Prepare BOM/RFQ for piping, structures, tanks, vessels, and related mechanical components.
• Design piping systems, skids, vessels, tanks, piping racks, and supporting structures based on specifications, P&ID, and layouts.
• Generate 2D shop drawings and isometric drawings from 3D models.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by management.

• Male/Female, from 28 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Strong experience in 3D CAD design for piping systems, tanks, and water/wastewater treatment projects.
• Capable of creating 2D shop drawings and isometric drawings from 3D models.
• Good English communication and ability to read technical documents/drawings in English.
• Knowledge of water treatment systems, fluid engineering, chemical engineering, and material selection.
• Able to read and understand P&ID drawings.
• Good understanding of piping systems, piping drawings, and isometric drawings.
• Experience with Plant 3D administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of JIS standards and PVC piping systems is an advantage.
